Schmitz studied International Management at Reutlingen University ESB Business School and has many years’ professional and management experience in industry and consultancy work. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Impleco GmbH, the Berlin-based operator of the wohnglueck.de platform and a SaaS (software-as-a-service) supplier to the real estate and banking sectors.
IoT Venture also welcomed new employee Eva Herman on 1 November. Herman has joined the Customer Care team headed by Customer Relationship Manager Sebastian Stoll, assisting him in answering enquiries and advising specialist retailers. Herman has several years’ experience in customer service and most recently worked for the fibre optics expert Glafex in Darmstadt.
