The jury was particularly impressed by the assistance with recovery as well as services such as the digital emergency assistant. “A great all-inclusive solution. The active anti-theft protection, including coordination with the police, is particular impressive,” affirms juror and GREENTECH FESTIVAL founder Marco Voigt. “Assistance with bike recovery is an important part of our service concept and has proven its worth during practical use,” explains Ullmann. “For instance, working together with the police, we’re able to return four out of five stolen e-bikes to their rightful owners.”
